HOWARD PUBLIC LIBRARY 

The Howard Public Library has a substantial collection of more than 200 music CD's available for borrowing.  Our loan period is 14 days.  Our collection contains more than 25 children's CD's as well as Pop, Country/Western, Jazz, Blues, Opera, and Holiday music for your listening enjoyment.
